Lovemaking - Making love is to open yourself to be vulnerable and allow yourself to be moved. This can either be by yourself or by another

A Tantra Kriya Yoga ritual to honor the Masculine and feminine. 

Tantra Kriya Yoga is an active, energetic form of yoga. We will activate our life-force energy through breathwork, and channel the energy with yoga poses for the expansion and ascension of the energy. In a journey through the chakras, we will experience the different expressions of our being in relation to others. Honoring the shiva and the Shakti. 

The Orgasmic Wave ceremony 

Exploring our body's natural wave of ecstasy, expansion and orgasm. 

In this workshop, you will be guided through movement, breathwork, and meditation to connect your body's natural wave of ecstasy, expansion, and orgasm. 

In this workshop, we will connect, vibrate and balance our vagus nerve, psoas muscle, and pelvic diaphragm. We will be moving with our body's intuitive core orgasmic wave and experience a full-body feeling of ecstasy and blissful being. In this state, we can enter the silent orgasm as a divine afterglow and ceremony of presence, ecstasy, and being.
